Stimpack over time ?

Im looking for a mod that makes stimpacks for work like in FWE, healing a few points over several seconds instead of fixed insta-heal.

I checked the nexus, and there is one mod, but it does not work "stimpackovertime".

if you play on hardcore the it will heal over time

It just makes stimpacks heal over time regardless of hardcore status.
