stock race replacing

How can I replace a stock race with a modded one. I have found some unique kajiit and argonian mods, and I would like to make all npc's of those respective racees look like the modded ones that curently are player only? :wallbash:

This deends largly on what changes are being used to make one race look that way. However most of it would need to be redone, fresh, within another mod, and there aren't many good ways of accomplishing this. The larger problem however is that almost all vanilla NPCs have their face textures defined outside the CS, so if the color or shade of the new skin is even slightly different, it can look really bad. Additionally, changing vanilla races is never a good idea since it is prone to creating conflicts and other issues. Because of this, it really isn't something that someone who isn't vary familiar with the CS should probably attempt.
