One Handed Weapon glitch

I am new to modding Fallout New Vegas as of today so I'm sure there are multiple things I've done wrong as well as multiple norms I've broken just in creating this request.

 

But here is the basic problem. I installed the Nexus Mod Manager and the Unified HUD Project. Then proceeded to add the animated prostitution mod and the rude bodies texture packs. I worked out a few crashing problems that were caused mostly by my own stupidity and got it running after a few trials and errors. I changed the .ini file lines bUseThreadedAI=1, iNumHWThreads=2, and that drastically reduced crashing.

 

But there is still one glitch left that I can't really figure out how to fix. I can't shot one handed guns. Pistols, revolvers, whatever it may be I can't fire it. I can throw spears, I can hack and slash with knives, I can shoot shotguns and rifles. But I can't fire one handed pistols.

 

I've tried uninstalling the animated prostitution mod, unstalling the beware of girl type 3 mod, uninstalling the rude bodies mod. None of them seem to affect my ability to draw a weapon. When said mod is gone so are its effects, but the glitch lingers on.

 

At this point should I (yet again) reinstall the game? Uninstall all mods? Uninstall NVSE, nexus mod manager, animated prostitution, BOG type 3, Unified HUD?

 

The only thing I suppose I haven't tried is after uninstalling the mods disabling archive invalidation.

EDIT: I've tried other weapon combinations out, it seems to actually only be pistols. I can still fire revolvers, or laser pistols. But not 9mm or 10mm pistols.

 

Ok, in the interest of not being lazy and saving people some time. I have no idea what caused this glitch. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and everything seems to work perfectly. No clue as to what caused it. All my mods are still installed precisely the same way they were.
