HKnight13
1st rule of applying any mod: Read the Description tab (10 times out of 10, the installation instructions are right there.)2nd rule of mods: Read the Readme.txt file that usually comes in the package. Anyway, to begin, find a house that you'd like on the nexus. When you download it, its usually a *.7z or *.zip file that you will have to decompress with software like 7zip. Within it, you'll find an *.esp file. Copy this file (and any others included, unless told otherwise in the Description or Readme) to your ~\Skyrim\Data\ folder.Start Skyrim Launcher. Click "Data Files" and make sure to check mark the new *.esp file. Click "Play" and find your new house. Once you start getting more and more mods, its highly recommended to get a manager like NexusModManager to keep track of all of them.
