So, I have no clue what to do? I've fixed the gray face for the NPCs because I use Apachii hair for NPCs. I have no clue why the forehead is gray... It's only on females.

Also I know it has multiple versions of the same .esp/.esm sometimes. I didn't do that, that's just how the mod installed using NMM. I also run Sharpshooters ENB, don't know if that will cause it.

I'm stumped any help would be appreciated.

It's the upper eye colour of the NPC - it is set to a high opacity, so if you want to get rid of it, lower the opacity from 1 to something much closer to zero or change the colour to something like 'color average' - then CTRL+F4 the actor to save the new facegen details, save your amendments to the mod in CK and load it up - she should look fine then.

To correct the mismatched forehead color bug. Load up your edit mod in the C.K, locate your character, go the Character Gen Parts tab, click on UpperEyeSocket.dds (Male or Female), and set the tint to *ColorAverage, click OK to get back out into the actor list, click on your character that you edited and use the CTRL+F4 fix, save your mod and load it up in game to see if it worked.
