[LE] play music script - ambient music not fading

Okay I learned something new. As I said before I tested this at Whiterun Stables and I see a pattern now.
The silent fade doesn't work with all ambient tracks(mus_palette_reach_day_a_02.xwm, mus_palette_tundra_day_a_01.xwm, etc.)
which are part of Palette Tracks listed in the Music Type 'MUSExploreTundra'.
These tracks from a Palette Track won't fade if I trigger my custom music at this time.
So this is a tricky situation and I'm actually not sure how to handle this. Any ideas?
And why this behaviour for "Palette Track tracks" - that these can't fade in Skyrim/SSE?
