LE Skyrim player character head following (nearby) NPC('s)

Now, when it comes to games like TES, I always liked them small little thinks that give just that little bit of immersion whenever playing.

What always gave me a smile when playing Oblivion was that your character seemed to look at and follow (with the head) NPC's walking by or when talking to you, and even changed his/her expression depending on how the mutual relationship between the two was.

 

With Skyrim, only NPC's seem to focus their sight on you, but no longer the other way around.

I would like to know if it's possible to bring that back to Skyrim for anyone of you awesome modders.

I trust there are many scenescreenarchers who would welcome such an addition to their modlist as well.
