replace Prompt w Interact ?

is there a mod that swaps the ui for pop-up / prompt

 

to simply be a Interactive board -- the same as npc interaction

and could this be do-able for everything regardless whether or not its a mod prompt.

 

and if so would it be easier to cover it up by making the menu identical to ESO (assuming text space is an issue)
