Toolset Error Database not connecting to toolset

Hi! I'm hoping someone can help me. I was working with a area and decided to empty the temp files. That's what I get for trying to keep it clean ;D . Anyway, I checked the log files and copied this:

Any help would be appreciated. :biggrin: ANd I did run the configure.exe and got the same error.
