Roxxo
It looks like we had the same line of thought. I tried doing the same thing right before you posted that. It worked...sort of. I ran into a few other issues which seemed to resolve themselves for the most part by transforming into a Vampire Lord again and letting all those little tutorial messages pop up again then I was finally able to use Revert Form. I still can't really use the Vampire Lord though, my spells don't work and I still can't get into melee mode.
rowynyew
still having the same problem...cannot land for melee mode and cannot use spells...has anyone found a fix yet? I've tried reinstalling, disabling mods, reenabling mods, using 360 controller, using keyboard, removing mesh files, nothing has worked so far! ginnyfizz
I got a reply to my support request, quite quickly as it happens;- "Hello, Thank you for contacting Bethsoft Support. The issue that you are experiencing is a known issue and we are working diligently to fix it in upcoming patches. Unfortunately at this time we do not have an ETA on when the next patch will be deployed. Aside from loading a previous save file prior to reaching that point in the quest and trying again, the best thing to do at this point would be to keep an eye on our forums, as this is the best source of information for emerging issues and patch information. http://forums.bethsoft.com/index.php?/forum/117-v-skyrim/ " So it seems that at least they are acknowledging this issue and it should be in the patch, whenever that may be. sinnerman69
The thing I don't like about bethesda forums, is that it's not organized like here, no technical support or trouble shooting section

lagugula
Just try to quick save (F5) next to him when you are in melee mode and then use quick load (F9), then press CTRL to fly and one more time to land..... worked for me
KMA
After all this time, and with the final Beth patch and Unoffical patch, this bug still works just fine. Todd Howard, you are truly ones of the worst project leads out there.
