New AV Dawnguard Patch Mirror pl0x?

I'm trying to download the new Patch for AV - but for some reason, Nexus won't let me. Keep erroring saying that I need to wait 1 hour before downloading, as its a new file. But tons of other people have downloaded it...and its also been 2 hours since I tried last.

 

Anyone know another way to get the mod? Or a way to get in touch with Nexus so I can get past the error.
