I'm running ENBoost without ENB graphics and attempting to add antialiasing. Interestingly, neither enabling AA/AF through ENBoost or cranking up AA/AF to max through the hardware (AMD) seem to produce anything nearly as good as simply enabling the game AA, AF, and transparency multisampling.

However, though the game transparency multisampling makes trees, barbed wire, etc. look great, it causes effects graphics to look scaled down or "flattened." This is most obvious in muzzle flashes and interior mist effects. See the comparison below (bTransparencyMultisampling enabled in the first set of images, disabled in the second):

Any thoughts on what might be causing this? Disabling related mods (EVE and HD Mist) has no effect. If I can't fix the issue, any suggestions on other AA setups? I'm stuck between having decent AA with the above effects problems and having poor AA and normal effects.

You are using several "lighting" mods.

* If you have more than one mod that makes any change to the same record or set of records in the vanilla game, then you really need to use a "Merge Patch File" with that collection of mods. Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

Otherwise I can only offer suggestions instead of "answers":

Please see 'Issue - TTW Performance Guide abstract' under the 'Solutions to Performance problems' section and 'Issue - Render Error using ENB or SweetFX' under the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article.
