[Mod Request] Drive for Sparda?

Not so much a request. More wanting to know: Is this possible?

Sparda is by far my favourite sword, but... you can't use drive with it!

 

Does anyone have any idea to what extent movesets can be manipulated via modding?

Is it even possible?

 

Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated :)
