LE Tree Animation Mod

I hope someone would make some kind of mod, so that the trees sway differently, depending on the weather. For example the trees may animate more agrressively when it rains and there is a storm. The reason that I am really interested in someone making a mod about Tree animations is that, my own Skyrim game for the PC with the newest official and unofficial patch, doesn't have trees that animate, and I am beginning to think that this "bug" wont be corrected by Bethesda themselves, because I have allready written a discription of the problem. I have also been readin around in forums and no one seems to have any luck with the tweaks you can make in for example the ini file and make the tree animations work. I my self have tried everything and nothing makes these trees animate correctly.

I have found out that it might be a problem with the FPS, where if you have under 25fps in the game, the trees stop to animate. I cannot confirm this at this time but if someone can I would appriciate it. If I look at the shadows of the trees it is like they do "move" but at a framerate at 0,2fps which in my oppinion is the same as no animation ;-)

 

I really hope that someone can help with this problem by making some kind of mod that make the tree animations look better AND correct this stupid bug, because I know there are others who have the same problem as me :-D
