Notrandom
:wallbash: I've been playing with mod armor all week and they all show up at the forge. but this mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11252#content) is nowhere to be found. I followed the install instructions to the letter. I can see Aela the Huntress from the companions has this armor so i know it's installed correctly, i just don't know where to find it so i can use it Please, i have searched google and nexus for some sort of beginners guide but starting to loose my mind here. once i want to know something, i have to know it. :wallbash: Please help. xNodus
I already answered you. However, if Aela is wearing it, this makes it much easier. Open console, click on Aela. Write (without the quotes) 'showinventory' It will show everything she has.
Notrandom
I already answered you. Yes you did, and thank you for your patience with me. the info from this post did help, thanks. I would just like to ask for future reference, when using the console command - help 'armor name' - and the armor in question does not show up (i'm guessing the author named it something else), what other option would i have? i tried "help armor" and with the help of the "page up" button i was able to scroll through the list of original and modded armors but the ancient nord armor was not there... Some armor mods won't appear on a npc so the showinventory command won't always be there to help. would it make me an ass to assume the author of such mods (non-forgable) would add the "real in-game name" or the ID on the description page? any case, thank you somuch for you help.
xNodus
Eh, idk, I usually just cheat my way and console my way through the game. However, don't write more than one word between the quotes unless you're sure about it.For example, Unless I knew which parts of the armors are there, I have to write "Wolf" which brings everything up from NPCS to dialogues to everything, so I page up a lot. You're very welcome.
