Unknown Cause of Crash

Can anyone help me with my skyrim crashing after some time passes? I can't find the source of the crash.

 

Im using windows 10 asus laptop

Ram - 8gb

VC - amd radeon vega 8 graphics (I'm running the game in low quality so i think this is not the issue)

 

Before, skyrim was running fine but i reinstalled it to have clean files and mixed up a new combination of mods (can't remember which is new or old). Based from this, i think this is more of a compatability issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does it crash after about 15 minutes? If so, try 15 minute crash fix for Windows 10.

Thanks man, my problem wasn't on the 15minute crash but it somehow prevented crashing for now. Loading screen time were reduced also. however does it disable some features? like skse or others
