equip magic with 2h weapon?

is there any mod or plugin inside a mod that I can use a 1H magic, even if equipped with a 2H weapon?

Ordinator has a really cool Spellscribe perk in the Enchanting perk tree which lets you use a stored spell when power attacking and bashing with a 1h/2h weapon.
