slave2midna
I've been seeing a lot of people using ENB's, and I recently just fixed an issue with my shadows. Does it really hurt performance a lot? As i'm starting to get A LITTLE FPS drop with all the texture and color mods I'm using. What's a good ENB I should use that won't hurt my performance too much? But my main issue, is what exactly is an ENB designed to do for the game's quality? And are there an FPS boosters for Skyrim that could boost the FPS so I can add a few more texture changes to make it look pretty? Matdir
ENBs just generally make your game prettier, mostly via lighting +saturation. Most ENBs have a choice of High Quality/Quality/Performance/High Performance. You'll get a FPS drop no matter what, but it helps lighten the hit. There are a few FPS fixing mods out there, google Skyrim Better Performance Mod.
