Optical distortion bug, black lines around objects.

I recently found this bug, it happens when i'm near something that has a distortion effect, like the time wound on the throat of the world. and at those map borders found in soul cairn.

 

also i found same lines around my hand when using fire spells....

i've reinstalled skyrim, disable and enable all mods, tweaking skyrimprefs, and i still get those lines....disabled AA and AF, even trying low detail..

 

and it's annoying

 

i use GTX 560TI, with a Q8400, and 4GBs of RAM...

Tried everything: vanilla, mod, with or without AA, AF (both enabled or disabled with Skyrim launcher and/or CCC), tried to install ENB (RealVistion ENB in this case) but the issue persists.

You say you reinstalled Skyrim, but chances are you didn't remove the left over files after the uninstall.

 

Uninstall Skyrim, then delete the folder. Do the same for your "My Games\Skyrim" folder.

 

Now install Skyrim; don't use any mods. Is the issue still there?
