Basically I want to make custom weapons that use different hand grips than the vanilla ones. As a hypothetical example, lets say I wanted to make a lance of some sort that points forward, how would I make the game know how the character is meant to hold it? Is it something done on the .nif side of things or do I need to make animations for it? Well, obviously I would need new animations for a lance, but again, how do I get the character to hold this custom weapon correctly in the first place? Speaking of animations though, I'm also having trouble finding information on how to get custom ones into the game, so if anyone can link me to any decent tutorials then I would be grateful (Especially if that turns out to be the method on creating grips) Any help is appreciated.
