NPC warpaints disappearing

The title says it all pretty much. All NPCs in my game (including mod ones, like Inigo) lack warpaint. Playable characters still have it though.

I highlighted the mods that change character appearance, mostly texture stuff. Haven't been able to wrap my head around the problem. I was thinking maybe a patch could fix this, but I don't know where to start with making one.
