LE Surival sandbox mod with easy tweaking.

I would like a sandbox survival mod that has these features AND have the availability for people who can only tweak scripts to their liking and build upon it.

basically i want it to be a survival mod stater kit.

 

what i mean exactly is that i want a master file, that has the needed scripts to make a sandbox survival mod in either an existing or entirely new world space,

with it being easily built upon by other people who have little to no scripting knowledge like me.

 

The main features that i would like with it are

 

Needs like hunger thirst and sleep.

 

debuffs for not meeting those needs. Like hunger debuffs health,thirst debuffs magicka, and lack of sleep debuffs stamina.

 

Possible a building system. like the fallout mod real time settler. with possibly making a village in as future update along with it.

 

other types of poisoning. not just damage but debuffs like the radiation poisoning from fallout. and cures are needed for the poisons.

 

Spawning of monsters and hostile/friendly NPC's every time you enter a new area. not respawning the old ones but making new ones appear when you reenter the area after the set spawn timer has passed.

 

And now on to the customizing features.

 

Ability to change and add debuffs like sickness,poison,and others,

 

ability to tweak the main settings. like how fast the stats go down and how bad are the debuffs.

 

ability to add new types of buildings and villagers.

 

ability to add new monsters to tie into the mod systems. like for people who add custom stuff into their game who just like putting them in without the real mod they came with for personal use.

 

and finally ability to add a custom world space to tie with the entire mod. example, someone makes a world space that is bare, someone can decorate it with things, and then put monster lists for them to hunt random monsters each time.

 

if anyone would be so kind as to make something like this with any features you would think nice to put in as well please do so.

also if you want me to do something basic to help out with please tell me.

i just figured that many people would like a mod like this. not just me.
