Skyrim Crashes on Start

It is strange - I've played Skyrim since 3-4 months and till yesterday it was all ok. Today the game crashes to desktop after the Bethesda logo. Skyrim logo shows, no menu and then it crashes.

Tried to fix it with the sound quality change, tried to load without any mods, tried to change the priority of files load - nothing helped. It was even BEFORE the Dawnguard install. I use steam version of the game...

Any idea why it happens ?

Papyrus Log shows :

SOLVED THE PROBLEM. The problem was not ANY of the mods. The problem was the game itself... Go to steam props of Skyrim and change the pref. lang. of the game to other than English. Let Steam download a 1GB+ DATA. When it's complete change to English and let the game download a GB of data again.... Run the game normally

So it seems the problem is in the package with translation files for Skyrim...
