remove male npcs face dirt

any mod that remove the dirt on npcs faces specially males , i am using tempered skins for males but it doesnt remove the dirt just better skin , some dirt remains on thier faces

 

also need to know is there any common cloting and wench clothing replace mod , cuz commoner and wench clothing are rly bad

Skysight Skins has a clean texture option, I believe. For clothing, I'd recommend Rustic Clothing. Gives them great looking textures.
