Realistic Ragdoll Convertor for Fallout 4

I was wondering if someone could make Fallout 4 ragdolls more realistic. The vanilla ragdolls are quite stiff, especially their necks have almost no bend or twist to them. I find this somewhat annoying and I would love it if someone could make a mod for Fallout 4 that had similar ragdoll flexibility feautures as this mod has for Skyrim: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1439/?

I realise that there already is a realistic ragdoll force mod for Fallout 4 but that mod does nothing to improve the flexibility of the ragdolls.
