unable to reset my password

After rebuilding my home computer, I find I am unable to login to Nexus with the username and password I have recorded for my account. I am able to login here on the forums as I have the creds saved in chrome on a computer at work. When I try to use those same credentials on my rebuilt computer at home, I am told the username or password are not correct. I have submitted several requests to reset the password over the last 24 hours. None of those requests have resulted in me receiving an email to allow me to reset my password. I have also sent a couple of emails to [email protected], and neither of those have been answered.
