Arrow's not leaving the bow

hey guy's & girls , I have problem with bow's .. sometimes when I shoot a arrow it doesn't leave the bow right away ... if I keep shooting, all the stuck'ed arrow's leave the bow at one's (after 10 second's or so) .. :/ it's really annoying ..

 

I have the latest patch & dawnguard ...
