BeyondTheLightV has received a formal warning. This user has now received 0 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Upload of a mod containing files by other authors without providing the original authors‘ permissions for use and redistribution.


Mod description (excerpt):

„So, I've stolen some textures and some meshes (found them in my Data Files), put them all together, set some materials to emissive and voila!

I thank the guys who made the great mesh and perfect textures, I wish I had patience to find out from which mods they actually are. If you are these guys or you know which mods I've stolen, gimme a hint, so I can rightfuly credit their work.

Got the mesh creator - it's from the Dwemer Crossbow Replacer by Alaisiagae. So I thank him very much for his hard work.

The fire texture comes from the Luminous Atronachs by PeterBitt - I recommend the mod, it looks really nice. I'm still waiting for permission to use the texture, I hope he'll grant it.“

Remark
The uploader was made aware of the original mod author of said meshes file by another user that commented on the mod page.
The said author has given general permission as long as the other mod authors mentioned in her/his permission are credited as well. As the the uploader has not met this condition, the author’s permission has not taken effect.

Asset use permission
You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“

The uploader has not provided the original mod authors‘ permissions/sub licences that allow them to give such permissions concerning the original mod authors‘ assets in the file.
