Showracemenu changes not saving properly?

I recently decided it was time to change my male kahjit into a female nord what with all the better female mods there are out there. So i got better females, Apachii hair, and extended slider colors in order to make the best character i could. I chose everything i wanted and then i got to the war paint. I chose my warpaint and color then saved my character and was playing fine with all my changes. But after loading back into the game later in the day i realized everything i changed on my character was there except it changed the warpaint she had as well as the color and I'm just wondering if this is a known problem or if there is a fix. Thanks for any help you guys have. I will link pictures of after making her and after loading.

 

After making:Sorry about the lighting but here the warpaint is on the right cheek and is light blue.

After loading: And this is after loading the war paint changed to a forehead paint and also was changed in color.

It might be a conflict with the use of war paint and the mods you are using. I've never used any of those mods before, but you should try doing a character with face paint without the mods and see if it makes a difference.

Does the ShowRaceMenu command actually work for you? I find that it crashes my game pretty much constantly.. I was a bit skeptical about going to the "Face Butcher" woman because it uses the same command in its script.

It works fine i can edit anything i want to without problems it just changes the warpaint once i load even after i take off all my mods that add options when editing my character. I'm pretty stumped.
