Srbindy has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Mod theft
Multiple account abuse/ban evasion as evidenced by site usage data and profile information


From the ban thread:
„Uploading a copy of "Solid Project" for Fallout New Vegas while being aware that this breaches out Terms of Service, as evident from the following comment in response to another user telling them they'd get banned:
"Frankly I don't care, I had the mod files and I figured I'd upload em while I could."“

The uploader has not provided the original mod author’s permission for use and redistribution.
The original mod author was not credited.

Permission/sub licence from the original author that allows the uploader to give such permissions concerning the original mod authors‘ assets in the file has not been provided.

Srbindy, previously banned 05 April 2019 - 12:07 AM for this mod theft, created the alternate account Srbindy2 (banned) on 05 Apr 2019, 01:27 AM to circumvent the ban.

Srbindy’s unban request has been approved and converted into this Formal Warning covering the two infringements of the Nexus Terms and conditions as mentioned above.

Any further infringement of the Terms and conditions will entail a permanent ban from the site ("3 strikes and out“).
