LE Change Guard Boots and Gloves

Hi all,

 

I'm looking for someone to be able to either create a mod, or give me instructions on how to make hold guards and stormcloacks wear the boots and gloves as default in this picture.

The gloves and boots that are used are Maxi Armor CBBEv3M by MAK07
