Items/Quest targets(bodies) invisible

[FIXNEWVEGASPLZ]

I have tried finding varona's body. There is a quest marker, I can even MOVE the body using unrelenting force, but there is nothing to click and the body is invisible. I have the same problem with Mogo's mead cask in the black briar meadery. There is a marker, but the mead cask is invisible and can't be interacted with. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Attempting to hit the invisible body(i'm not even sure there if there is one) with a staff of reanimation aimed vertically with the quest marker does not work. I've tried moving to the body using console commands, and it puts me where the quest marker is.
