Some small mod requests

This is a list of hopefully easy mods for someone to make:

 

1) If you make an alliance with the NCR and BOS, you lose karma. Considering that this is actually beneficial for the wasteland, can someone make this add karma instead?

2) If you make an alliance with the NCR and BOS, I would like to see 4 paladins at the Hoover Dam holding the line. Two with Winchester P94 turbo, two with gatling cannons and one more paladin on top of the tower where the legion sniper is during Kimball's visit with a gauss rifle.

3) Complete Guess Who I Saw Today, pass the Speech check with or kill Keene, and the science check with Doctor Henry, or encourage Doctor Henry to continue his tests on Lily - in the final assault on the Legate's Camp, two nightkin appear to attack legion members, but do not approach the area with the Legate and two normal supermutants cover the intake towers carrying miniguns.

4) Fix the quest with Arcade Gannon so that he remains a companion if you complete Auld Lang Syne and tell him to aid the Remnants. Or alternatively, have him be part of the Remnant squad on the assault on the Legate's Camp, but available to be hired again in the Follower's Fort if someone uses a continue after the end mod.
