Random Skyrim crashes surprising lol

I had what I thought was a good moderately stable skyrim install (does that actually exist) and I got cocky and started adding more mods that I wanted, now its bad like a crash after 2-3 minutes. Here's my load order for anyone that wants to help me. I don't want to uninstall/reinstall for the literal 1,000th time since 2015. Loot said its good, all cleaned correctly through TES5Edit, any patches needed are added. I haven't tweaked any ini or memory things or enboost, i have BAD luck doing that. I always make the game unlaunchable for some reason. I'm bad at that stuff. I use skse, games updated, all that basic stuff is done to save anyone reading this time. I checked the integrity of the game files and all that jazz too. This is my ideal setup, aside from the crashes, like this is how I want my Skyrim to be, so if there is anything I can do to save it I would be grateful.

you can try to allocating more memory in your ENB local file. make sure you have Memory Blocks Log (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50471/?). and skse ini (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51038/). hope this will help you. also why do you have 2 "Lightning" mod ? just use one not both of them (RLO and ELFX choose one not both), it's conflicting each other.
