enclave X-02 and X-03 isssues

so, I have both of the road to libter enclaves armors installed, but even after re enxtalling and redownloading them more than once, niether of thier cool impact explosion effects work, in face not even vannila exposilve vents work at all, and that persists even after I un install these mods

also, for the X-02, the tesla nodes are purple as ofi there is a missing texture, and this is still a thign even after re downloaidng the mod, plz help
