Timmhaze
I have encountered a stutter in Skyrim that is making the game very VERY annoying to play, I have encountered this before it Fallout New Vegas and wasn't able to fix it then, without re installing the game. I have done this for Skyrim but to no avail. I have tried using the Windowed mode and several mods that normally fix stutter but without luck. This bug won't actually appear until about a minute at the main menu or of about 15 seconds in game. When I started a new game there was no stutter in the cart ride down into Helgen when you are talking to Ralof and Lokil, but as soon as I passed into Helgen it appeared, I would really appreciate any help I can get as this is truly ruining the game for me-Timmhaze. Rennn
The bug you're talking about may be able to be solved by capping the fps at 60. 30 fps didn't work for me, 45 didn't work, but 60 works for some reason. It's probably because Skyrim has internal vsync at 60, so that's what it's made to run at on the PC. Idk if that'll help, but it should be limited to 60 fps exactly if you have the same bug that I did.
