Snow texture is a repeating whit blob.

This is what it looks like, as well as a list of the mods I have installed.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

 

I will start turning mods off and on to determine which one is causing it, and will edit the post when I find out.

 

Edit: I tried disabling every mod, and it still happens.
