Serana can't enter Volkihar Courtyard from Undercroft

[FIXNEWVEGASPLZ]

Hi there,

Not sure what the problem is. I tried reloading an older save and the issue still comes up. She won't enter the Courtyard if you do first, and if you come back to the undercroft she attempts to open the door with the animation but never actually leaves the undercroft. Using the illussion/I need you to do something either gets her to say I can't do that or she attempts to open the door and fails. I;ve also hit her with unrelenting force shout. I've attempted to just force start the next stages of the quest and fast travel with her to the balcony but it doesn't work. I can't leave her outside in castle volkihar alone either.

Load Order(Please note the stuff at the end after the bashed patch is disabled and just haven't gotten around to deleting it)
