In Need of Some Recommendations

Hey guys,

I'm just in need of some mod recommendations. Particularly, I am looking for things that are gameplay related (not graphics), won't show up on the first few pages of popular mod filters, and as a bonus sort of feel like they should have been in the game from the start.

An example of what I mean is Honed Metals. It feels really really nice, is implemented well, and not unbalanced (in my opinion, at least). Others include All Thieves Guild Jobs Concurrently, unenchanted guild gear mods and other similar things.

Other recommendations I'd like are convenience things (BALANCED ONES) and quality of life fixes, like the Paarthurnax Dilemma. Just throw out a quick list on these with like, a half sentence of description if it's not obvious by the name if you don't mind, it'd be a big help.

And finally, I have two very specific requests if anyone knows of them:

1. A mod that allows you to cast a spell similarly to in oblivion, when it did not take an equip hand to do so. I would use this mostly for a Paladin build I think, to cast Resto spells while fighting, or perhaps some illusion spells for a stealth archer.

2. A mod that allows me to equip more than one power/shout on other key binds. I'd mostly use this for mod-related powers liek Horse Whistle for Convenient Horses, I think.
