Small suggestion: when uploading a new version of a file, the File Options and Name should be copied from the old version.

Title is pretty self explanatory.

Retyping the file name every time gets old quick, and I've had atleast one case where someone has assumed my mod doesn't work because I forgot to set the "Show Requirements" flag and they didn't read the description. The former is kind of on me, but still. I don't imagine this would be too hard to implement.
