For using someone elses account - whether you have their permission or not - you get the Full site Ban. If kicked, you can get back on chat after a few minutes to reflect on your behavior. The next step is a chat ban where you cannot get back on chat, but can still post on the site forums. Then comes the full site ban - meaning you are no longer welcome at any Nexus site because you cannot follow simple rules of behavior. At that point, you get ONE chance to appeal the ban using the appeal process that you will be directed to when you try to sign on - at this time creating a new account will nulify that appeal and the ban becomes permanent.
