SSE Stuck in Carriage From Beginning

Ok even on a fresh start with no mods my game continues to show my character model in the driver seat kind of clipped through. I have tried to noclip out and tried force complete the quest. When I get towards the gates of Helgen the horse runs into the first carriage and keeps running and the gates dont open any thoughts because i am out them. Any help is appreciated thanks

Try setting your monitor via Nvidia Settings to lock at a maximum of 60 HZ. Basically, as far as i know, the entire game should be played at a max of 60 HZ due to the engine not being able to handle anything higher. This was read a looong time ago so no source sadly.

I remember that carriage problem some time ago when I started Skyrim with the Helgen Reborn mod checked. I should have followed the directions and enabled it after I left the cave at Helgen on the way to Riverwood.
