I am working on an honor's thesis and our lab requires help with creating a small mod for Fallout 4. We are looking for someone with experience modding the game Fallout 4 for a research project being developed by the University of California, Davis VICTR Lab. We are trying to recreate the Milgram Experiment in a custom environment tailored for Fallout 4. We hope to collect data from the experiment and are looking for someone to hire to create this mod file. We are able to compensate and we have some base files already created.
