Vagrant0
Ive been tryin to make a demo for a dungon im designing, but whenever i place a monster, it wont show up when i test the demo. help! Quick checklist Are you opening the mod containing the dungeon as active, or are you adding the creature in a seperate mod?The dungeon mod needs to be active. Is the current save you are using located in or very close to that dungeon with that dungeon already having been saved in that game?Need to use a save which has not yet loaded that interior. Are you placing the actual creature or are you using a leveled list? If placing the creature, have you made sure that it is within the playable area and not outside the walls?Pan the camera around to ensure that all parts of the creature are in a playable area, If it is a leveled list, what are the "chance none" and level settings set at? What is your current level?Need to adjust the settings so that the "chance none" reflects how likely you want something to appear. If your lowest spawn level is above your players, you won't have a spawn until you've leveled higher. Do you have pathgrids setup for that interior?Creatures need pathgrids to tell them where they can stand and what are safe routes between those points. Does the Creature have any AI which points to locations outside the current cell or editor location? If the AI packages point to somewhere else, the creature may be there instead of where you put it. Does the creature have valid models and textures?Unlikely, but just to be safe. Improper normal maps don't always get caught by the CS, and can cause a creature to be invisible or just not exist. If this is not a retextured creature, this likely isn't the problem. Is the dungeon mod turned on within the launcher or OBMM? Is the creature part of some other mod? All resources within a mod must be present within a masterfile (.esm) for them to be usable within a .esp. Although there are methods for using things from one .esp in another, they usually don't work out too well in the long run.
