LE Legacy of Kain - Mod

Now that Dawnguard is released I think it would be amazing to get a sort of LoK - Total Conversion or something similar.

I imagine changing the Vampires to fit the LoK Lore.

Making the "human" Vampires look more human and not as horrifiying and changing the Vampire Lords to look more like the old version of Kain and Vorador.

Adding some spells and abilities from LoK too would be amazing, like the dark gifts from Blood Omen 2 or the abilites from Raziel in one of the Soul Reaver games.

Also adding the weapons and armors of LoK, the infamous Soul Reaver (Solid and Spectral version) and Hylden Armor or just Raziels gear.

I guess with a bit of passion and great modders this could be an amazing mod for LoK Fans like me.

Unfortunately I don't understand much about modding, I can change install them and manage them, change simple skins at Counter Strike xD I made some texture changes in a few games, but I don't have the patience or the abilites to be a modder. I just have the ideas :P

 

Here's just a small list of ideas for the LoK - Mods:

 

Kain from Blood Omen 2 as playable Character with old Kain as Vampire Lord model

Raziel's clothing that changes your complete character, so you don't have to make a custom race or whatever

Soul Reaver in both spectral and solid form

new weapons, based on the design from Blood Omen 2

new armor sets, based on the design from the Blood Omen 2 enemies

new abilities and spells, based on BO2 and Soul Reaver

for Kain integrate the Bat-Flight mod and for Raziel you could rework the spectral walk or how that one shout was called^^

new enemies, based on the LoK lore, ghosts and zombies, mutated vampires from Soul Reaver, enemies from BO2

maybe even a town dedicated to LoK lore, with Steampunk elements inspired by the dwemer ruins

(wheather overhaul to make it always night like in BO2)

I guess another good idea would be to change the male vampire lord to resemble janos audron and integrate the flying mod that let's the vampire lord fly

a small audio change would be great too, to change the battle music or ambient music, even some sound effects maybe

The kain model would be very cool in skyrim i dont like the "Wings" of the Vamplord anyway.

if you could transform into kain that would be awesome but i wish someone is working on a 1st person mod for both Vamplords and Werewolfs.

I really could punch bethesda in the face for forcing me into 3rd person when transformed into a vamplord or werewolf.

Why is this not intresting for the people alround here?

I think the skyrim mod community mainly consist of Manga/Anime fans who want to play a playable fox race.

Why no replies on this great idea i really dont get it.

Its easy to say why this is not an interesting mod for people. A lot of the viewers have never heard of Legacy of Kain and what an Epic tale it was as a game. They are a lot of young people gaming now like in their 20's to as low as 14 or so. I have ask a kid around 16 if he's ever heard of legacy of kain and he said, UH whats that?? lol.

 

Man I wish I would have grown up with craploads of cash and been started on PC's at a very young age. This mod would already be underway.

I'm a fan of the series, the convoluted plot makes for intresting playing. But discounting that, I find the dawnguard vampire lord model to be, unsatesfactory. Especially the very pathethic looking wings. The form of Raziel, or something like it in case of females, would be much prefered.
