A few questions about mods

I've noticed that in some screenshots, normal NPC's have custom clothing on and I'm not talking about retextured stock clothing. Also, they seem to have custom hair and eyes. Do mods that change NPC's clothing and hair/eyes to something not in stock Oblivion exist or am I just confusing things here?

 

Also, how do you zoom the camera out so you can rotate around your character and see it completely?

to rotate the camera hit the tilde key ~ then type in tfc hit enter and then ~ again

 

you may be seeing companions. They can wear custom clothing

also for the zoom if you hold middle mouse button/scroll wheel down you can move the camera freely then use the wheel to zoom.

rens beauty pack is a great hair, eye and new race mod.

corean mod is another one, download the hairpack file to get new hair styles for vanilla oblivion.

The Goddess Store adds a ton of clothing to a new shop on the IC waterfront.

Hot Clothes and Armor adds a ton of new clothes, armor, tattoos and piercings for female characters to shops around market district.

hot clothes and armor requires Eye candy body replacer there is an underwear version as well or after you install eye candy install HG eye candy mod which allows you to choose breast size as well as if to wear underwear or not.

 

and finally to make installing all these mods easier Oblivion mod manager is a wonderful program for installing and managing mods.
