JanusForbeare
I haven't used many of those, with the exception of SkyUI, the texture pack, and CBBE, but I could make a couple more recommendations, based on my experiences. First off, since your focus seems to be on cosmetic enhancement mods, you should look into ENB (Enhanced Natural Beauty). ENB is an highly customizable graphical enhancement plugin that adds a whole range of features like indirect light sources (ie. reflected light) and depth of field to totally overhaul the appearance of your game. Here is a screenshot I took using A Realistic Hope ENB, which is one of my favorite versions (though it's pretty demanding on your rig). I'd also recommend you check out WATER, which overhauls the appearance of all bodies of water, and also strengthens and corrects the currents in most rivers. I had been asking for deeper, stronger rivers since Skyrim came out (though I have to give Beth credit for the idea of adding currents in the first place), so I fell in love with this mod the moment I downloaded it. And while I'm on the topic of loving mods at first sight, I definitely have to plug HiAlgoBoost FPS Performance Accelerator. I downloaded this a few days ago, and it completely resolved the performance issues I had been experiencing (well, 95% of them, anyways). I cannot praise this nifty little plugin enough - it's simply a must-have for any PC player. Lastly, I'd suggest you try expanding your mod list with a few content mods, to compliment all your shiny new cosmetics. Moonpath to Elseweyr, Challenge of the Daedra, and Sexy Maids of Skyrim add some great, new, lore-friendly content, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. Also look into Scenic Carriages, Dice Game in Taverns, and, ahem, Atvir Dres  , for some fun little additions to your next playthrough. And happy modding! dragonslayer2k12
I wanna try cbbe but not all the default clothes and armor work for it yet and he hasn't chimed in for a while now. Got the 2kHD mod from that guy it works great no problems running it. Haven't tried a lot of the other stuff because the big mods change a lot of stuff in the game and cause conflicts with other mods so time has to be spent in wyre bash or something similar and it takes forever to fix all that stuff up just right. There are some things that everybody wants change and then everything else is dependant on the player personal style and characters.
