[Help] Reduce freezes in Skyrim

One person say to me that using the program the Defraggler with your Skyrim savegame reduces freezes from the game

Someone recommend this method? Has someone test this before and has experimenting less freezes?

The program function is for defragment, so, this person created a post where say that defragment the savegame with

Defraggler reduces/repair freezes, but I didn't know if is a SAFE method, what is your opinion? Someone recommend this?

 

Note: Defraggler is from the same company as CCleaner

I had occasional game freezes, until I discovered ENB, which did not just solve the freeze issue, but basically all other graphical issues I had with Skyrim. Maybe try this first, I do not think that game freezes are related to save games, if you don't freeze during the loading process.

copyright notice shows ENB Patch 9 Version 0.096 after game start. It's an older ENB, but this works best for me. But I had to install the GreenWaterFix from the Nexus to be able to see under water again.
