Windows Installer poping all around

Hi,

I have this unusual problem with my game, when I start the game, after all the logo videos finish a Windows Installer pops out, tries to load then crashes, if my game is on fullscreen it crashes, if it's windowed it doesn't but the Windows Installer keeps poping out and crashes, this makes me very uncomfortable, it pops out everytime I hit something, like attack in the game, and if I don't do anything it pops out every 2 minutes.

When I first tried to play Oblivion and installed it, the windows installer would crash the game even if it was windowed, and it kept saying that it was trying to install Blavkberry Software 6.1 which I desinstalled a while ago, but there was no trace of this program in my computer, why would it run w installer while I'm trying to play my game, so I scaned and deleted temp files, deleted every trance of blackberry software in my registry, reinstalled the game and now I got the problem of the Windows Installer, please if you ever heard of anything similar to this, provide a tip or a link, because I want to replay Oblivion real bad, and I can't if I keep getting pop ups while trying to hit something >:c

Thank you

EDIT: I forgot to say I have Win7, Oblivion is GOTY, I installed Shivering Isles and patched at the latest patch.

Maybe windows is wrongly redecting the installation exe on the disc. You could try unticking the "always use this action" checkbox after removing the disc and re inserting it in the DVD drive. Also if you havent yet run a registry cleaner such as ccleaner just in case there is a residual reference to the blackberry software which was not removed by the uninstall.

I ran several registry tests, everything cleaned up, I run them every week at least, I manually deleted everything that had to do with BlackBerry Software in the registry myself, because it wouldn't delete no matter what software I used, also I use cracked exe, since it's legal? Isn't it? And I've tried with the dvd nothing changes, the only way to fix this bug is to disable windows installer, which I did, but it didn't work, if you got this problem don't do it because you'll have to re-enable it to install games or uninstall software, so I just uninstalled the game and now I play Fallout 3 instead, it works fine, regarding I spend all night yesterday to fix it and tweak it...demn 64x :C
