Dawnguard bloating saves

Hello everybody, Ive recently installed dawnguard and was enjoying it very much until a few days ago I noticed my game would freeze about every 50 or so seconds for about 10 seconds, and saving of any kind takes about a minute to complete. After backtracking several hours of gameplay to before this bug started I thought I was in the clear, but I knew the problem was caused by my save files bloating. I went ahead and installed No More Possesive Corpses and Shy Nirnroots which mainly disables the permanent ash piles that cause save files to bloat and I was feeling confident about it and continued with my quest to slay Harkon. Everything was going good until I entered the Soul Cairn and noticed that EVERY enemy there left behind and ash piles of doom and within several minutes the freezes of death began to resume. Then I realized that Dawnguard is to new for this mod to effect it and I was right back where I started. Upon reloading again to before I entered the Soul Cairn everything was running smoothly again. So for all of you encountering this bug, I'm am here to shead some light as to why this bug occurs in the hopes that it can be resolved as soon as possible. Any help would be much appreciated and if anybody know any solutions to this Id be quite glad to hear them.

Okay so I've been trying to find a solution for this problem for several days. As of yesterday I was closely monitoring how quickly my saves bloated and concluded it was about one MB per few seconds. With this knowledge I knew I was really screwed and decided just to keep playing until this got so bad I couldn't play anymore. Well a few minutes into my noble quest I decided to make myself some dinner and being as easily distracted as I am I left the game running [PAUSED] for about 2 hours or so. When I came back finally and resumed playing I noticed it wasn't freezing at all. So I decided to save and check how many MB my save was. It saved quickly and upon checking its size I saw that it had gone from 16MB to 8MB just from leaving it running for two hours. I have yet to see any freezes since then. (This wasn't long ago so bear with me.) I believe this to be a solution. If any of you try it and it works please let me know. We may be onto something here. :)
